• To secure your Customer Protection Rights Do make a VIDEO of unboxing the parcel. There will be our AK Collection Sticker as a seal on Parcel. You will open the parcel by making a video and will open that seal.IF seal opening will not be shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED PRODUCT or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
• It is compulsory to make an unpacking video so you can send that video to us for any CLAIM.
• The customer will send back the parcel on its own & will bear the delivery charges too.
• The customer will not have any right to demand a refund of delivery charges in any case.
